Refund policy

RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your Sukie's products. You have 14 days from receiving your goods to return an item for a refund or exchange. We advise you check your items as soon as they arrive.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition: unworn, and within its original packaging.

HOW TO RETURN
Please fill out the returns form included with your package, and return your items to:

Sukie's, 285 King's Road, Chelsea, London, UK, SW3 5EW.

When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly suggest using a tracked delivery service.

Please allow 5 working days for us to process your returns.

Returns can also be made in store.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please ensure to clearly mark your package as 'RETURNED GOODS'. Not doing so could result in delays as well as additional import duties and taxes charged to you by UK customs.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send email confirmation of your refund. Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reach you.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at info@sukies.co.uk so we can ensure your replacement item is in stock.
