We want you to be delighted with your Sukie's products. You have 14 days from receiving your goods to return an item for a refund or exchange. We advise you to check your items as soon as they arrive.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition: unworn, and within its original packaging. Items will be thoroughly examined to see if they are damaged (in any way) or appear worn.
Any refund will NOT include the postal charges you paid in connection with returning the product to us.
Sukie's Shoes DO NOT provide customers with a pre-paid returns label. You are expected to cover returns at your own reasonable cost (tracked and signed). We will not be responsible for reimbursing you any shipping expenditure.
How to return

Goods must be returned to:

When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly suggest using a tracked delivery service.
Please allow 5 working days for us to process your returns.
The return of the product is your sole responsibility and at your sole cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send email confirmation of your refund. Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reach you.
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com so we can ensure your replacement item is in stock.
Please ensure to clearly mark your package as 'RETURNED GOODS'. Not doing so could result in delays as well as additional import duties and taxes charged to you by UK customs.
